What do you charge?

We welcome anyone, not just patients of the Boathouse surgery. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us.

Please note that with effect from 1st March 2024, we will be increasing our private patient fees. Here at Boathouse Physiotherapy, we have not increased our prices since 2021 and so this price increase is necessary in order to keep up with inflation and the increase in overheads, year on year. We greatly appreciate your business and hope that you understand our need to implement this increase.

Unfortunately, due to an increase in the number of cancellations and missed appointments, we will be taking payment at the time of booking, with effect from 1stMarch 2024. We understand that occasionally our clients need to rearrange, adjust, or cancel their appointments. We require 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations as it is difficult for us to offer the practitioner’s time to another client at such short notice and this prevents us from helping those who need an available appointment. Any cancellations or changes with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the cost of treatment. If you are insured, your insurance provider (eg AXA, BUPA etc) will not cover any non-attendance or late cancellations. Any cancellations or changes with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the cost of treatment.

Please note we cannot accept American Express as a form of payment.
